File conversion to J2K format

Many film projectors require the J2K file type in order to play your advertisement. A third-party agency performed this conversion at an additional cost. If the projector only supports J2K, we will need to convert our files once to this format, regardless of the type of advertisement you want to run. You can use your creative as often as necessary once it has been converted to this format.

Terms & Conditions

  • GST and production costs are additional and will be charged.
  • The campaign must be run with a 100% advance payment.
  • A censorship certificate is required to air video advertisements. The time required to obtain the certificate can range from 7 to 10 days.
  • J2K or any other format conversion costs will be extra, and it will take 2-3 days to complete the conversion.
  • For the selected time period, your advertisement will appear on all shows on the screens you reserved. We will not be held liable if the theatre management schedules a show cancellation.
  • In the event of any technical difficulties, the theatre management may alter the movie’s screen-by-screen schedule.
  • Depending on the choice of property, clients may or may not receive inspection passes.
  • Spot rates are 10 times higher than average.
  • In some theaters, slide commercials are only shown during the interval or just before the film starts.
  • Any additional shows per screen are contingent on availability and are subject to actual fees.
  • The mega-blockbuster and blockbuster premium policies of the film distributor will be followed when charging movie and position premiums. The classification of regional films and untitled films will be announced throughout the year.
